how long does delivery usually take?
delivery is usually 3–7 business days (Ireland can be faster, EU can take a bit longer)
what if my item arrived damaged or faulty?
message us with a photo and your order details, and we’ll help straight away.
will sold out items restock?
some pieces may return, but many are limited. If you want a restock, send us a message or follow us for drop updates.
how do i care for my jewellery?
keep it dry, avoid perfume directly on it, and store it in a pouch when not worn.
